We want you to love your MOTHER denim, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all domestic orders within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the request and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in the original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location; be sure to obtain a receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
